A method of manufacturing a pole claw member for a dynamo electric machine comprises in a first embodiment forming a serrated longitudinal edge in a ferrous strip and bending the serrated strip to form a cylinder with the serrations extending axially. The ends of the strip are then secured together by welding, rivetting or by a tang and aperture connection to produce a coronet form. The coronet form is then deformed in one or more, preferably three, die forming steps to produce the desired shape of claw and to define an annular base at the end of the cylinder.

POLAR TIP "The hollow can be made in your body; As a result of these operations, a blank 2 (Fig. 3) is obtained in the form of a hollow cylinder with teeth on one of its ends, the number and height of the teeth corresponding to the number and height of the teeth of the pole of its tip. A pole tip 3 is then formed from the blank 2 (FIG. 4) by stamping, with three-step pressing with the use of various tools for each step being the best. At the beginning (Fig. 5) of the preparation; 2 is placed in a die secured in a fixed press plate. The matrix has a cylindrical shape. ZarjroBKa is inserted into the die so that the teeth of the workpiece are directed towards the moving press plate. During the operation of the press, the punch, closed in the movable plate of the press, strikes the workpiece and gives the teeth the necessary shape. The workpiece must be installed in relation to the punch in a certain position so that the teeth of the workpiece coincide with the cavities of the punch. After the first deformation operation, the workpiece 2 is placed in another strain (Fig. 6), the lower part of which matrix is narrowed downwards. The punch of the second stamp ensures the preservation of the shape of the teeth and bending the lower end of the workpiece inward. Thus, the second deformation operation is the first step of forming the bottom part of the pole piece 3. After this, the workpiece 2 is installed in the third stamp (Fig. 7), the matrix of which has a flat base and a centrally located mandrel. During the pressing process, the bottom part of the pole tip 3 is finally formed with a central hole, the size of which is determined by the diameter of the mandrel. In the process of forming the pole piece, it is possible to perform the operation of fastening the ends of the strip 1 using a special tool, while the blank 2 is inserted into the matrix without first securing the ends of the strip 1, and they are fastened by stamping. FIG. 8-10 show the formation of a rotating tip from blanks. The pipe is installed in a tool matrix having three punches 5 secured in. holders b, sliding: relatively fixed sled 7. The number of punches can be selected by the number of teeth of the pole tip. The punches 5 have cutting edges 8 (FIG. 10). Each punch can slide along with its holder 6 having a bevelled back surface 9 (Fig. 8 and 9). The vertically sliding conical ring 10, when it moves down, presses on the beveled surfaces 9 of the holders 6, forcing them to move inward, cutting out the wall elements of the pipe 4. During this operation, the pipe is held on a mandrel 11 having cutouts 12, the shape of which corresponds to the shape of the cutting ends of the punches 5 The spring presses the centering piece 13, which serves to hold the pipe 4 in a fixed position when lowering the tapered ring 10. As a result of the above operations, three cuts are formed on the pipe, the shape of which corresponds to exists a form of cutting tool 5. The tube is rotated 60 ° and the operations are repeated again, after which the tube is formed of six recesses. In this way, a workpiece 2 with six tines is obtained, and the workpiece is subsequently subjected to the deformation steps described above. The method allows to simplify the manufacturing technology of the pole tip by making its workpiece in the form of a hollow cylinder with teeth on one of its ends. Claim 1. Method of manufacturing a toothed pole tip of magnetically soft material, including the manufacture of the workpiece and the formation of a pole tip by punching, in order to simplify the manufacturing technology, the workpiece is made in the form of a hollow cylinder with teeth on one of its ends . 2, a method according to claim 1, characterized in that the hollow cylinder is made of a strip, on one side of which teeth are made, and the ends of the strip are fastened together.
